Fulcrum Arts is pleased to announce Julie Tolentino: And Never Ends, a new installation featuring cultured crystals, a sound composition, and a performance-driven vectorized drawing. This project aims to decenter the visual by amplifying the act of intentional listening and the experience of direct encounter. These works will continue to grow and change for the run of the exhibition.

Fulcrum Arts welcomes the public on October 9 as part of ArtNight Pasadena.

about the artist

Julie Tolentino (Filipinx-Salvadoran, she/they interchangeably) is an interdisciplinary artist dedicated to durational performance, installation, sound, scent, object-making, and texts. Their work has exhibited and toured in the U.S., Canada, Europe, Asia, and South America. Tolentino is a 2025 Guggenheim Fellow, two-time MacDowell Fellow, Foundation for Contemporary Art’s 2025 Creative Researcher, and a 2025-6 ICA LA Artist in Residence. Tolentino performs with Stosh Fila, is represented by Commonwealth and Council, is a Queer Art Mentor, and is a Program Co-Director and Regular Art faculty at CalArts.
