Who We Are
Our website address is: https://www.fulcrumarts.org. Questions about this policy or any privacy matter can be sent to info@fulcrumarts.org.

Personal Data — Mailing List
Fulcrum Arts only collects your name and email if you manually subscribe to our mailing list through our Mailchimp form. Both are securely stored by Mailchimp. If you would like to be removed you can Unsubscribe. If you would like to update your profile you can do so from the footer of our next email. We do not share this list with anyone.

Fiscal Sponsorship Program Data
Individuals and organizations applying to our fiscal sponsorship program submit an application that may include personal and project information, such as:

  • Name, email address, phone number, and mailing address
  • Project details and descriptions
  • Budget and financial information
  • References and supporting materials

Applications are submitted through our website and reviewed by designated Fulcrum Arts staff (our Director and Fiscal Sponsorship Manager). Application data stored on our server is deleted within approximately two weeks of an acceptance or rejection decision.

We retain application records, including rejected applications, in our internal email archives. We do this to maintain continuity with current fiscally sponsored projects and to assess whether an applicant has previously applied, including under a different project name. Retained records are used only for these internal program administration purposes and are not shared with anyone.

Applicants may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their application data at any time by contacting us at info@fulcrumarts.org. We will respond as required by applicable law.

Payments
Application fees and other payments are processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store credit card or payment information on our servers. Payment data is handled by Stripe under its own privacy policy.

Embedded Content
Pages on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, audio, images, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor had visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with that embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Analytics
Fulcrum Arts uses Google Analytics to measure website visits. Where possible, IP addresses are anonymized when collected in order to protect your privacy. This data is stored for up to 24 months and is not shared with anyone outside our organization. You may opt out of Google Analytics tracking through your browser settings or by visiting Google’s Ads Settings.

Content Delivery and Security
This site is served through Cloudflare, which acts as a content delivery network and security layer. Cloudflare processes connection data such as your IP address in order to route traffic, block malicious requests, and protect the site from abuse. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy for details.

Cookies
Fulcrum Arts does not use cookies for advertising or to personally identify visitors. Google Analytics may set cookies to measure aggregate, anonymized website usage (see Analytics above). Cloudflare may also set strictly necessary cookies (such as __cf_bm and cf_clearance) to distinguish automated traffic from real visitors and to remember that a security check has been passed. These are used solely for security and are not used to identify or track you.

Your Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request that it be corrected or deleted, and opt out of its sale or sharing (we do not sell or share personal information). To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@fulcrumarts.org.
